here is my bike. i do ride. i had a ride for special olympics today, with the Blue Knights MC but, the rain here cancelled it. It is non stop rain here. ( and we had a tornado yesterday) and more scheduled for today. I would like to ride with you gents some time. and I dont care what brand, flavor, color of bike you ride.

I just did a loop (CLICK FOR MAP RUN) from Deer Creek to Evergreen to Idaho Springs to Golden with a few other guys yesterday. It was around 175 miles of twisties, but it started raining just off I70, and no one brought their rain gear :D!
yup rain sucks when your trying to ride hahahaha, yea im always up for a ride it doesnt matter what you ride
You should take your R1 to the track and find out what you and it are really capable of. Here's me on my R1 at High Plains Raceway.
I grew up riding dirt bikes and raced competitively for awhile, but have never ridden street bikes. I would love to get a cruiser here in the near future, but all the money seems to go into firearms and my Jeep. Damn priorities, why can't I just win the Power Ball.
I own a motorcycle shop(CO-AR15 members get 10% discount on everything but tires and labor!) in Golden, but I rarely get to ride other than to and from work (but I do that about 300 days a year, only drive when the ice gets too dangerous from other drivers). My primary street bike is a 2001 Yamaha FZ1 that I got in June 07 with less than 2k on the clock, now has just over 30K. Should have 40K on it by December. I have an 87 VFR700, an XT350 for dual sport stuff, and a WR250F that's plated, but used for off road about 99% of the time.
Very nice, i'll have to contact you when I get my crap together and decide to get a bike. I've also thought about going the dual sport route as well, considering thats where I come from. I like the idea of being able to ride to just about any camp spot and then ride home, all while getting MUCH better gas mileage than my Jeep.
we got to set up a ride, maybe thru morrison and grab lunch
How about the dirt?
