Funny that you started this thread. I don't really have any allergies (that I know of) but was just commenting last night how my nose won't stop running and I keep sneezing lately. It sure seems like allergies, but only since Monday of this week.

Locally produced unpasturized honey, two tablespoons a day. They allergies will abate and then go away (as long as you do this in the late winter to fall).
I just happen to know this bee keeper in Elizabeth...
Haven't needed antihistimines since I started this.
Any farmer's market should have plenty of local honey.
Nose has been running a marathon, I even sneeze in my sleep and then have to get up to take an allergy pill. Not sure if it's the worse even, but coming close.
M2MG
Man, this year has been horrible. Damn these cottonwood trees in my neighborhood.
Large doses of vitamin C sometimes help. I took 1000 mg every hour for about two weeks to get through a bad season one time. I used to get real bad allergy problems when I was younger. Drugs would mess me up. Honey makes my muscles and joints ache so I couldn't do that.
HTH and good luck.
