My wife used 24 hour in Denver for awhile. I had a free pass when she worked there. I used it for spin classes and to run the treadmill in winter. Now we are members at the Y. My son loves the pool and there is free child care.
My favorite gym in Colorado is the outdoors. I have a mountain bike and road bike which keep me pretty fit.
I thought gun nuts were a bunch of old fat guys? That's what the whack jobs always portray us as yet on everygun forum I have been on there is usually a fitness section or at least threads on it. I would like to try cross fit as well as the gym for a while but I can't afford anymore money going out right now.
I am getting old, I don't push myself like I used to, I need a drill to get me motivated.
yeah if youve got the home space getting your own stuff together is a great idea. even if you buy everything new you can get an awesome set up, with everything you really need, for around 3k. sounds expensive but over the long run saves a lot of money and time
I wired a Gym once or twice, That count? [Tooth]
Yeah, Old and Fat is what they portray us as. I'd be willing to bet, between the Military, LE, and "survivalist" types, who are also gun enthusiasts, there are more people working out than one would think. Part of it for me, is the fact that my family doesn't exactly have the greatest health record past 60 or so. Some of it is hereditary, some of it is just plain ole not taking care of themselves, I refuse to be one of family members always in the hospital when i'm 65. I'll be enjoying the retired life, still doing everything I love to do.
