The reporter asked her if she could imagine a scenario where a flag on a vehicle, in the parking lot, would disrupt the classroom, and she said that she could not.
One thing I'd like to point out, is that the article is written in a way that makes it sound like the student asked how anyone could be made uncomfortable with the American flag while in America, but it was the report who posed that question to the student. Good on the reporter for asking that question.
