Great holsters... wear in after about 2 weeks of wear. Get the horse hide though, wears better. Like most guys, I've had mine for years. While I don't still use it (go figure) it's a gear piece of gear. They generally have fantastic customer service. The wait times aren't horrible when compared to the likes of Raven Concealment or Peters Custom Holsters. The competition is the comp-tac holsters - http://www.comp-tac.com/catalog.php?cPath=28 - they too are worth a look and have about the same price tag with a generally shorter turn around time.

I know a guy in the springs that makes crossbreed style holsters. They are cheaper than Crossbreeds, and he makes them for you custom, to fit your particular firearm. I think you will like the custom aspect as well as the general overall comfort and price.

I have a Crossbreed, which I like and have a more expensive CB like holster from Tucker Gun Leather called The Answer that I like a lot more. It has a backing covering the rivets so the only thing touching your skin is soft leather. Both wear about the same. I would recommend either, but if you have the money I would go with the Tucker.
I just posted in General Discussion (because I didn't see this post) that I went to the CB website to order another one and it seems their prices have gone up since I got my last one. So, after some searching I think I am now going to get the Kingtuk from Galco. It's the same style, looks like much better leather and you can get it on MidwayUSA for $47, much cheaper then the CB and you can have it next week instead of in 4 weeks. I'll let you know what I think of it when it arrives.
I also have the UDC Ultra Deep Cover from Galco and I love it for a quick tuck and go holster. Easy on, easy off.

I switch between my Crossbreed and my TT Gunleather; both are very comfortable.
