Pawnee was great today

I would like to check out Pawnee. How do you get there? What are the regs to shoot there?

i lied, i wasnt shooting at the pawnee. just at the neighbors. i only have 80 acres, and that really isnt enough land to shoot on. well. long distance rifle anyway.
