My neighbors on both sides have dogs outside all day everyday barking non-stop. 5 dogs total. If they leave them out for more than 30 minutes today I'm calling animal control...on top of being cruel to the dogs today, maybe, just maybe, animal control will have to take the dogs and I won't have to deal with the barking anymore. Is that bad?

Edit: oh yeah, -11 in Littleton with reported -33 wind chill right now.
