I just laugh when everyone talks about how fast their 4g phone is, hell at&t dont even have 3g here yet, and verizon will be lucky to have 4g down here by this time next year. so a 4g phone down here is totally pointless. there will be a iphone 7 by time we get 4g and get to take advantage of the not even out yet 4....

I've been with Verizon for over 10 years now. My contract is up in about 9 days. I don't really want to renew my contract, but I don't want to go to any other company either. Verizon works for me out in the Pawnee Grass Lands, and up at my cabin in Tabernash. My Fiance's Cricket phone doesn't work at either place, or I'd just get Cricket.
For me its a love hate relationship, I love that anywhere I go, I have coverage. What I hate is the fact that they charge for every little service, I mean really do I have to pay 5 bucks a month just to get visual Voice-mail?!?! Although Visual Voice-mail is free with the iPhone.Quote:

I'd consider getting a phone that worked as a wi-fi hotspot, but only if I can stream netflix on my Wii from it, and it is robust enough to cancel my cable internet from Comcast, AND it only costs me that extra $30/mo unlimited Data charge. Some how I doubt that is the case, but I haven't looked yet.
If its verizon, the 3G hot spot itself is 2gigs a month. then its $20plus for every gig after that. You should be fine if your just streamingQuote:
