I have a titanium plate in me with six screws at the base if my neck. I have also had lower back surgery. I don't know if it was from slipping on the ice, flipping the truck or years of football.
I'm not a doctor and I'm not sure what your problem is but I'll tell you how the table helped me.
When I would lay in it, it would relieve all the pressure on my spine and disc. It was the best thing thet I have ever spent a dollar on. The relief would last for hours and sometimes until the next day.
It's kind of weird and you should have someone with you the first couple of times.
I could go on and on but it would be easier to explain on the phone. I don't know if you still have my number rondog, so I'm going to PM you with it. Give me a call tomorrow.

OK CL, I got the PM. Thanks to all for the input!

Been using these for the past 3 months. It's one of the best investments I've made in my health in awhile. I use it daily for 4-5 minute sessions, usually after a workout. They simply hang off my pullup bar. I feel great after using them.
The tables are fine if that's all one has or if there are physical limitations to hanging and getting off and on a pullup bar. It's better than nothing. But with the tables you only stretch from about the waist area vs. with the boots you get a full body stretch.
