Here's what you're looking for in a gray/red package:

Now that I see the pic of that Kershaw, I strongly recommend DO NOT waste your money on it. The skateboard grip tape like handles are rough and not comfortable to grip, the blade doesn't hold an edge well at all, the serrations are too pronounced and will catch on rope and such instead of cutting through it, and the spring mechanism in mine broke after 4 months or so. I wouldn't buy that knife again for anything.
We're not talking about the same knife. It's not skateboard tape at all. It's a rubbery texture that is probably my favorite knife grip. The blade is of great quality & holds the edge just fine. As for the mechanism itself I'll let you ask my wife how many times she thinks I've opened/closed it. I bet she says millions. I sit for hours and flip it open & close it and the assisted mechanism is the same tension as when it was new. I & several of my friends have been using & abusing this exact knife w/o issue. We've tried getting them to fail and no luck. With Walmart's return policy you can't lose.
I use the Camillus Heat with Robo Power assist. I never go any where without it!! [Beer]
I use an AUTO pistol with a mini bandolier.
