Nice! And frankly the Cab sound perfect with the meat (something lighter like a Chianti or Pinot Noir wouldn't be bad, but I find that the weight of the mushrooms overpowers the lighter reds).

You don't grill year round?

I've been out on the patio in 2ft of snow flippin' steaks in the dead of winter ... the grill will keep you warm :D

Mine runs year round as well.. I'm sorry but something is to be said about charring dead animal with fire.. George Foreman just doesn't compare. I think I go through 4-5 bottles of propane a year :) I grill about 3x week :) [Beer]
