I saw one of these US Property Enfields at the Highland's Ranch store. It appeared to be in better condition than one of the standard Enfields that was selling for $199.

I got the only one (display model) at the Iliff store. They've had it 3 months, the manager there didn't think anyone'd even looked at it.
It's lighter than I expected, definitely lighter than the FAL.
I like it.
I better put it in the case now or I'mma scare the neighbors making all the schkt-schkt sounds racking the slide
I also got a 'Jeep' brand lockblade (they have the nice CRKT paracord/rayskin handled boot knives on slale for $25 from $70, but I didn't see the need) and a cleaning brush for the shotgun.
$401 out the door. Happy Birthday to ME!
car-15 the Iliff store has at least one of those left (or did at 9:10 this morning).
thanks for the heads up but i'm down in pueblo, I was just trying to get permission to go to the one here, she knows what happens when I go to the gunshop, I wander home hours later with a smile and a long skinny box in my hand. :twisted:Quote:
