Last, I will have to disagree with him on the president going to combat zones, while I do believe that leaders should lead by example, somebody with the "celebrity" of the President of the United States will undoubtedly put more people than himself in danger by doing so. One of the president shows on the history channel told a story of (I forget which) a president who was playing golf and realized that when someone jumped the fence or drove through it, he was putting more than himself in danger as well. A Selfless act doesn't count if it does more harm than good, just my two pesos.
