BO wont do anything, he's dug such a big hole with his followers already he will use this an excersise in dimplomacy to show his voters that he doesnt need to go to war like Bush would have. But after all the press on us down sizing our military and defense budget and having a POS POTUS its only a matter of time before we get struck again. History repeats.
