For stuff like this, I do em in Illustrator or Photoshop. I really haven't created any as of yet for the most part; I've just been taking what people have made, and then I'm recreating them in to vector graphics

Is there actually a lawsuit? Or was there just a threat of one?

If there's actually a suit going on then yes we should all shut up about it.

But we can talk about new designs right?.


I submitted a design element to the last thread that got locked ... And someone deleted it.

Sorry but if my idea is a violation of their copyright than even talking about AR15s here is illegal (mine was a birdcage flash hider from the muzzle end).

what the heck was wrong with the bolt face logo? that was AWESOME.

There is another forum that uses a similar bolt face for their logo. And apparently they were none too happy about us trying to use it (I suspect if it wasn't for the fact that you can't copyright a URL they'd prefer we changed that too).


But if there is some sort of litigation going on we should not discuss the bolt face logo or the other site as it could cause some problem for the admins here.

that's why glocktalk went down the tubes. the ****head owner got greedy and turned it into a for-profit enterprise.

he'd have all these "help keep the site running" raffles and contests then a couple weeks later post photos of the cool new guns and motorcycles he got.

I can afford it, but I'm a little torqued off that I'm going to have to buy another sticker.
