You could always try again, with a heavier dose of black Rit. More dye, longer soak, hotter water.

Edited to add, I think the blue looks cool too.

You should engrave this on the magwell ... tell everyone its a special "Combat Controllers" edition ... sell it for a lot more than its worth :D
