I have seen this on another forum and wished I had left it unseen, extremely disturbing stuff to say the least. To know that we are playing pussyfoot with these bastards as they freely stroll acrossed our borders make me as ill as the video did.

Could be, and that would be horrible. However, from what I have read and viewed through foreign media, most of the deaths are gang retaliation. Google blog del narco and get the English translation. Just one source, but gives you a good idea what's really going on down there.
