The Beretta Storm is foreign manufacture and is therefore regulated under 922(r) which means no threaded barrels and no flash hiders. There is some debate if a Storm that has been registered as an SBR is subject to these rules but the BATFE has been very unclear regarding the legal status of this.
Long story short, you may have some issues if you decide to suppress one.

well than that would be a good reason to buy a hi-point rifle thats actually cheaper instead. :)
They have some stocks out there that make the thing actually look better than the storm :)
