This one is a little better for current pricing around town. Looks like the grocery stores like Kings/Safeway have cheaper prices. (before discount cards)

Are you guys sure about the gas price increase??? Because the mainstream media hasn't mentioned a thing, so it cannot be as bad as the spike during Bush era. /sarcasm
Really? I run a mobile auto repair business. I bought my truck at the beginning of the year at 78K miles. Currently it is at 86K almost 87K. Two times a week if not three at 60 bucks a pop. Not as bad a truckers but it still sucks. I spend as much on fuel as I would on a shop rent. Hopefully I can switch out to a roof before the snow hits.
I am under this impression as well. I know that my Cavalier would only get something like 380 miles to a tank all last winter. This summer I've been able to get as much as 410 miles to the tank.
I actually ran out of gas at exactly 404.5 miles once in the spring. I noticed that I was getting better mileage than usual and was really pushing it. Now I try and fill up around 400 miles.
I think it really depends on the kind of car. I think some cars might get worse gas mileage if you put premium in them instead of regular.
