Heal Thy Self
I usually end up healing myself through education. I'm sure the migraine is caused by something you need, or need to avoid! You are basically what you eat, drink or breathe. Sometimes keeping a journal of all your daily activities will help you figure it out. Does the headache occur after a certain meal? Maybe only when you are tired? It could be as simple as a certain odor sets it off. Link below:

Never had a migraine or even a headache. so i don't truly know the pain and suffering hopefully will never know. feel better!
