As far as I know they are not running this special right now. If someone knows otherwise please let me know. I am a life member and would like to help a few relatives get theirs.

How do membership dues benefit members then? I do not need a new NRA hat, gym bag, or gold foil stickers. I always assumed it went towards lobbying efforts.
