By the Ministry Of Information's (IE the "free media") standards, a simple murder/suicide is counted as a "mass shooting" for the purposes of further panic-mongering.
New laws wont story this from continuing to happen. Armed citizens can stop them when they try.

Just because they are required to have guns, doesn't mean that they arr used any more than if they were required to have tea kettles. No one ever said more guns would reduce shootings. Well, people probably do say that, but they don't understand the benefits of having guns.
