I think it's pretty cool but look at this picture of the relief cut in the stock for the buffer tube lock ring...the wood cutting on the bottom of the relief looks shitty.

why would they have used off the shelf parts for the boltcatch safety etc....makes it look unfinished
Holy crap, over 26K now. I'd be willing to bet someone on this forum can do engraving and someone else case-hardening, if not the same person... I've seen some handy work on here. Imagine a month or two or three, spent working on a project like this for a 26K payout? sheesh. Could be a pretty good self-employed job....
OK...I can admire the craftsmanship. But...dayum. That looks like something Saddam Hussein would have laying around one of his palaces. Gaudy just doesn't adequately describe it.
