I don't believe they're anti 2a. Just like all corporations they have to cover their ass since wages are low and turnover is high.
Plus the home depot by my house seems to hire women based on looks and that makes them A-OK with me.

Walmart doesn't allow this either. It's the norm, not the exception in policy. It's about lawsuits.
They can't really stop employees from keeping a firearm in their vehicle according to CO law. What they don't know...
I work part time for my school, same policy but I carry concealed anyways because they allow students to carry conceal. I'd rather be fired than rely on unarmed security to protect me from a potential shooter on campus
Concealed means concealed.
