I'll be out of town and not able to attend. Is there a website for these classes or a place to go to look for future classes? Thanks!

Nice pictures. I'm sorry I couldn't be there to help with the class, but at least I'll be able to stick around for ECQC. I'm really interested in talking to you guys after ECQC to get your impression on how the pre-work helped or didn't so we can make it better the next time around.
Bear, your best bet would be to hit www.totalprotectioninteractive.com. There's a forum for "SouthNarc's PSPs" & that's where he posts his most up to date schedule. You can also check out shivworks.com.
Free bump hoping for more people (I know it was almost full last week but the more the merrier)...
Anyone else besides Mick-Boy, FrozenMud, and myself going?
Unfortunately I'm back at work so I won't be there. You kids have fun though. It was a great class last year.
I am battered, beaten, and bruised... GREAT class.. More picts later but here are a few untouched to get people started:

Is that an Oma plata attempt 2 pics from the bottom?
No, it was part of a demo on creating space when a guy has tried to collapse on you and managed to get his hand on the gun. Craig is in the process of walking his feet up, pushing the attacker away and, in the process, strip the gun out of the attacker's hand. The leg looped over the gun-grabbing arm helps limit the attacker's mobility, while providing the ability to still put boot to head and clear him off the gun.
On a side note, we were talking submissions in general on the ride back to Denver on Sat, and the gist of the conversation was that a submission, appropriately applied (within the context of the weapons-based-environment) can give you options that you otherwise wouldn't have. For example, a triangle can keep the guy pinned down and unable to reach your weapon-bearing arm while you start shooting or stabbing as appropriate. Another one would be the omo plata in the context of keeping bad guy 1 pinned & immobile while you access the pistol to deal with bad guy 2 who may be closing and still upright and mobile. You may find, especially with untrained or poorly trained bad guys that you kind of just end up in a sub setup. Using that opportunity smartly and appropriately can pay big dividends. The flip side though, would be something like giving up mount to hit an armbar.
One more by request before I get on a plane:
