That was 3 years ago. 2 years ago we didn't need emissions at all in Windsor, Johnstown, Milliken etc. NOW since 2012, they have it as a way to generate more revenue.

I been thinking real hard about an old Vette for a project and checked into this, It used to be 25 years old but they changed it to the 1975 cutoff, I put farm plates on my 77 F-250 years ago, glad i did.

Emissions testing = Racket. That is all i have to say about that.

No shit! If they need emissions I'll just register it in el paso county at my buddies house.

I LITERALLY just plated my 71 Chevy pickup about a month ago, no emissions test at all, just paid up and walked out with plates They mailed me the title :) Arapahoe County, just like Kwando.

Can you take your collector plate from a car that you sold, and transfer it to another collector car if the tag has not expired?

Used to be yes. I transferred my plates from my 70GP to my 65 wagon. God only knows how it is today.
