No, what will happen is that you'll mostly be left alone until the day you NEED your gun. Then the gun you use for self defense and every other gun on the property will be inspected and you'll go to jail like Tony Martin.

I have no doubt that DPD will be pulling mags and citing people and let the courts figure it out. I hope I'm wrong, based on the stories that out of towners have been caught in the Denver AWB, it would be par for the course.

Actually denying can get you in as much trouble as anything. Not a lawyer, but with no statement the cops have nothing to go on. Deny something and that opens you up being rebutted by another witness.
