I still refuse to do business with them after hearing about that lady that tried to buy a gun, paid, was denied, and they offered to refund her money minus a "restocking" fee... What a joke! He even bragged about it at the Evergreen town hall meeting with Nicholson a few weeks ago- "Criminals will try and buy a gun from me and get denied, then get angry when I keep their money." WTF? Why are you taking money prior to BGC being completed? And isn't it a crime to do that because technically they're paying for a gun then can't take possession of?
