I know a LOT of people do support the concept of mandatory background checks for private party SALES . . . which is how UBC has been deliberately misrepresented to the public. Careful. While I believe the Democratic party has followed the principle of the above quote, I'm 94.8% sure that the above quote is not accurate.

Its a misrepresentation of a deliberately deceptive poll.
