Yup, couple is in the wrong. However I think the gun would have been a non-issue for the most part if she had just used it to break up the 2 on 1. The husbands actions once he had the gun were clearly aggressive when it apears that the situation was over. Shooting the truck was plain over the top stupid.

I never count on the media to get the facts of a case right, especially in a climate like now when they're desperate to show "guns r bad" universally but I would probably vote to convict the couple IF the story being recounted is correct and complete. Then again, I'd have voted to convict George Zimmerman if what NBC had shown was complete and correct -- but it wasn't. I'd also give Mark Kelly a medal for pulling a dangerous dog off a seal if the story being told by most of the press was complete and correct -- but it isn't.

The video is pretty convincing and I'm guessing they have the video of the shooting piece they're just not showing it. I wish there was some video of the Zimmerman shooting.

Yeah that guy will face serious charges. Had the teens had guns the guy would be dead and possibly the wife. Guy is lucky all they did was beat his ass.
