I like Difficult Campground near Aspen. Or hike and camp at Conundrum Hot Springs.

Conundrum is a fun one in the winter the only problem is you are not supposed to have fires in the sites around the hot springs, but that does not stop a lot of people from doing so.

Another good place this time of year would be in the greenhorn wilderness.
