Hard to take an "article" serious when the author uses IMHO in his report.

I'm working on the south side of Chicago this week. Here's the thing. Where I fell I need my carry the most based on my travel patterns, is where I cannot take it. Where I feel I need it the (probably) least - in OH next week - is where I can. What's wrong with this picture?
