Goes together well with their plan to run checks on ammo purchases. How about charging a fee like Colorado does now for a gun purchase. Somehow I think public safety is becoming an excuse for growing gov't power and generating revenue.

I bet it will be some BPE derivative. That stuff looked pretty dirty and low velocity, and lets be honest the nut jobs who do this stuff probably aren't very good at chemistry.
