I haven't had the chance to read the full report yet, so please pardon my ignorance: What disciplinary action, if any, did the officers involved face? Were they criminally charged, administratively disciplined, or sued in civil court? If so, what were the outcomes?

Scum bag smacks head into cage sues department, a cop gets shit on. vs. 8 officers light up a truck because of a newspaper. What I see here is 1 LEO needs to find another job and the other 7 need to learn that when they are out with officer squirrelly they should confirm their target before letting lead fly.
