SecState hasn't posted anything yet but you can catch it here - http://results.enr.clarityelections....n/summary.html
If Hick is out, and the state senate is under R control once again, I'd like to see 1st agenda to be some kind of outlaw of "gerrymandering" districts... there should be very specific criteria on how districts are defined, and those responsible for the gerrymandering in the first place should be stripped of all credentials...
I'm not saying to change the districts to make it favor GOP specifically (like D's did), make it illegal for either side to pull that shit again.
that's the only way to make something like that happen.
constituents strong!
term limits!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

"the researchers concluded that the campaign “directly mobilized” 60,000 voters, while the viral ripple effect reached up to 340,000."
That's a lot of voters that probably don't vote republican.
Couldn't decide between the two Hickenlooper posts, so I started a new one. :)
For those that are watching the news tonight - where are you watching / what websites are worth trusting? There's so much crap out there, I can't tell what website has the best Colorado info.
I switch around tv channels and internet sites.
Looks like back east we are the winner in SC and Maybe VA....
I've been bouncing between CNN, Fox, and Drudge.
ETA: I have the following tabs open:

I don't watch TV for stuff like this because watching TV reporters and anchors makes me want to take a long walk off a short pier.
Fox. I like Brit Hume, Megyn Kelly and Bret Baier.
Looks as if even da welfare peeps are tired of being beat down.
Watching the ticker on fox 31 and it ain't looking good
I can't stand the local Fox affiliate. I'll be bouncing around. I also like to check http://www.realclearpolitics.com/
It's all fuk'd up Gardner ahead, blah blah...
http://abcnews.go.com/politics/elections/Colorado
Looks like Gardner is going to win by a considerable Margin and this count is showing Bobby B ahead of Hick too!
Gardner: 588,059
Udall: 518,460
Bob: 517,954
Hick: 511,837
ETA: Fox mostly agrees with those numbers:
http://www.foxnews.com/politics/elec...races/colorado
Gardner: 511,654
Udall: 424,717
Bob: 486,828
Hick: 463,017
Don't count on it yet. They still haven't even started counting the votes for Boulder or Pueblo counties yet.
The R's will take El Paso pretty handily, but it's going to be all bad news after that as votes are tallied from bigger, more liberal counties and smaller, more conservative ones.
Lookin better now
It's gonna be close, at least Gardner is doing good
You pretty much live in a suburb of Fort Collins, don't you Kazoo? [Coffee]
Fox is calling it udall is out
Fox. Called the race for Gardner!!!!!!
Looks like Udall is OUT! [gohome]
Now for Hick.
long ways to go on udall yet, don't get too excited.
Beauprez is currently 11k votes over Hickenlooper with 18k for Hess. If Hess pulled enough votes away from Beauprez....[fail]
Yeah, I know. There will probably be some bullshit lawsuit that goes on for weeks even if it ends up that Udall is defeated bigtime. That's what they were promising, right?
And just when it looks like the election is front page news we get this..... http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2014...t-and-furious/
ANOTHER thread? [facepalm]
Watching Cspan and they were having callers. One 27 year old democrat called in. She went on for about 60 seconds, ranting about political ads. She used a ton of big and complicated words. The host was tryingto not bust out laughing. When the girl finally stopped, the host said that most of the audience probably didn't know what she just said unless they had a communication degree (or something) and asked what her question was in simple terms.
Her: So what is candidate A trying to convey in his ads?
Host: Well what issues are important to you?
Her: What?
Host: What issues are important to you?
Her: Um...well, what's not important?
Host: *giggle* How long have you followed politics?
Her: 6 years
Host:Have a good night
I was laughing so hard but that sums up the democratic millenials. Another younger democrat girl called in and said "I think more people would vote democrat if they understood the issues better and were more educated." Ugh.
