I've seen plenty of guns sporting optics that cost more than the firearm, but at a certain point that price discrepancy just becomes silly.

Saw some turd at Wal Mart in NC open carrying a polished stainless 1911 with a gold barrel nut, hammer, grip safety, slide catch, and ambi thumb safety. Had giant adjustable target sights too.
I kind of wanted to go slap him upside the head.
