We don't have a Mod on this site that has a heavy 'Ban' hand, we just do what the Boss asks, pretty simple really. Others won't agree, but they are a small (very small) group, just saying..

No, I disagree. Knowing a LOT of people on this site in person and comparing it to their actions and posts, I would have to say you are completely incorrect. You get what you see here in personality in real life for the most part. Those that have shown their quality here are the same that show quality in person too.
