Calling the typical 800 number or a webchat wont do you much good. Those guys are just your average people trying to make a paycheck. I will see if I can get some better contact info. ;)
I also know how to get out of a contract at Comcast.
Comcast credited me $125 on my latest bill because they screwed the pooch so bad.
