Generally a .1 increment is reserved for a minor release. A 1. increment is reserved for a major release. .1s are reserved for minor improvements and fixes while a 1.0 is reserved for a major overhaul.

I'm impartial to '2.1' myself.

Kidding aside, I've met the man on two different occasions. He's a good man and I would trust him to do the right thing in a pinch. The internet just brings the devil out of us. Myself included.

Well yes, but what I'm saying is that I've never seen someone use the decimal place and only release things as v1.0, v2.0, v3.0, v4.0 etc. If they do, whats the point in having the .0?

And yes, the internet is very bad. It kills my productivity. I was just telling my Fiancee the other day that if we cancel our internet, we'd have an extra $50 in our pocket AND my productivity to do things around the house or help plan our wedding would skyrocket. I then stated that if she wanted me to succeed in my second degree, that I need internet lol

Well I don;t think he should even be 2.0 .... you see he is a beta release.. He even proved it with being pulled from the market for a month... at best he is version .3 now :-D

Now I'm watching some old ass movie called Gerry. Two friends out hiking in the desert with no food or water... It's THE FUCKING DESERT! Why would you NOT take water?!

I'm pretty confident in my ability to survive in the desert.. I've watched a lot of Dual Survival and Survivorman in my day... I'm an expert now.

So anyway... Back to this shit-tastic movie... I'm a big fan of paying attention to time. Mostly because my job requires it... So, if you were hiking let's say north, for 1 hour... Then, you hiked what you thought was south for 2 hours but didn't come up on your vehicle, at what point would you declare yourself lost?

I mean really... Come on... I'll give these guys in the movie credit though... They did build a fire pretty damn quick... One of them must be a smoker. And they're not panicked yet.. Which is surprising.. I think most people would be flipping the fuck out.

Anyway... How is everyone tonight? Today? I donno... I think I want to go fishing Tuesday. It'll be a good time. Gotta go buy a new license though.
