everyone does realize that the arapahoe county sheriff's office has more personnel than the SS, and that the vast majority of the SS are paper pushers...not to mention Dept of Treasury, not DoJ ...so the Marshal's service or FBI that already have the ability to enforce state laws could tell them to sit down and shut up

That ship sailed over a decade ago. State law has given peace officer status to federal probation and pretrial services officers for as long as I've been in Colorado, and the FBI and BATFE had it for over a decade now.Quote:
