I am just wondering. Years ago whole foods used to have 20lb bags of carrots just for juicing. They were all the carrots that were to small and not pretty enough to make it to the produce aisles. Sold they for something like $13. Maybe it wasn't Whole Foods. I cannot remember.
He was asking about buying a DVD of it so she could. I don't think it's available on DVD which I think is kind of the point. He wanted the information to be free for everyone.
Listen rondog... some things in life you just have to do for you. Given what you've said this is something you NEED to do. Once she sees you drop more weight in a week than she's lost in a month of dieting... she'll be curious. It's easier if you're significant other is onboard but you need to not let that be a hurdle. It seems you're looking for reasons to NOT do this rather than reasons TO do it. This is one of the easiest diet/workout/health routines I've ever done. Literally. All you need to do is just do it.
That's interesting. I'll check into that for sure and if anyone else knows for sure let us know because I bought quite a few carrots the other day and even though they weren't organic it was still a healthy amount of $$ to spend on carrots. If I can get ugly but organic carrots for the same price then that's a win IMO.
Nuts to that!
Her health is a pretty important thing to sit and watch something on a computer, laptop, smart phone or whatever. I have the ability to watch things on YouTube on my TVs pretty easily with a few different options. Not sure what to tell you other than google how to download a video from YouTube and then burning it to a DVD-R in a format that a DVD player will read. Most PCs come with DVD burners these days and the media is cheap and the programs that do it are free. That seems like an awful lot of effort compared to her just watching it on YouTube in some format.
I'm unemployed too brother. You have to pay money for crap food that's killing you so you might as well pay money for good food that's going to save your life. Why do you have to slide into it slowly? Just go to Walmart and buy some Bolthouse Farms juices for $3.48/ea and start drinking them. You'll probably drink 2-3 per day which is still less than 10 bucks per day all in.
I bet if you called Whole Foods they could get them
