I heard earlier on the MSP scanner channel that a "patrol rifle" was stolen from a car. Didn't catch if it was Ferguson PD or MSP.

Correction - Missouri State Troopers up to 68,000, was West St Louis county that was 7,000, jumped very quickly to 15,000.

Some concern about lost comms with a West St Louis county officer.
