Really fun match today. Good squad and good stages.
The 200 yard stage was **not** a feeebie for sure. There was some aiming involved.

We will be changing the 22LR steel on the 100 and 200 yd stages to a further distance for the next matches. Also, we will be allowing people to run their AR's on the 200 yd stage at the rifle targets in the 22LR division in the future. So, if you want to run your 22LR but shoot the long targets with the AR at the 200, you can do so. VTAC will stay 22LR for the division.
Be safe,

If you missed the match, it was a good one. Perfect weather, good company, and good shooting.

Sean, what is the new distance for 22 targets? I want to make sure I have the correct POI data.
No more than 100 yds.
Tomorrow is a go. Don’t forget your sun screen.
Scores are up
I fucked up the VTAC scoring behind the scenes and had to hand-jam the results back in after fixing it. So, it looks really weird with a crap ton of shooter score changes. It's me. Sorry. I'm slightly retarded.

Sean, on the 200 yard stage, the RO did not see about 10 or 12 of my little .22 hits on the targets. I'm not blaming him because the targets didn't swing and there was very little splash visible, but I could see it with my 3x optic and he didn't.
I was wondering if there is a lighter weight target set that can be used for 22s, so that ROs don't have to use binoculars to see the 36 grain hits.

Sean, can you send out an announcement about this weekend's I-25 closure ? I think it's going to be in everyone's way unless they take 225.
