Went to Pete's for the chili rellenos, it's still good. Then went bowling and I proceeded to suck....two games...164 and 130 or something like that.
Made some what must be close to a pound and a half burritos for lunches this week, delicious gut bombs.
Just the fine tuning left at this point, which is like 40% of the job, not including the painting.

This tool belt had a belt that was literally rotting on one side, you could pull it apart with your hands. Now, thanks to basic sewing, it's as good as used!

Nice job man! Are you or have you textured or is it flatwall?
No texture, but lucky me the finish in the rest of the house is like a heavy hand texture. It's very easy to replicate since it's pretty much just poor drywalling as far as a pattern/style goes.
Looks great, Irving.
Realtor texted me tonight and said a buyer is considering writing an offer on my pad.
If you believe that hoping for someone else helps, I would appreciate some good vibes to help me get my home sold. Thank you in advance.
Good luck.
Thank you.
I hope we all have a good week.
Good luck on the home sale
Positive vibes going your way OBC.
Thanks guys, I haven't heard anything today about an offer, but I'm a hoping and prayin' I'll hear this couple wants to move forward with it.
I don't remember if I mentioned it or not, but I did hear about the "St. Joeseph in the yard trick" so I did that a few weeks back.
Working some stuff out, I've figured out that I can rob some retirement money without any tax penalties and still swing that AZ pad. Might have a stretch where I'm paying two mortgages and I can manage that for a few months, but not like SIX or something like that. Sell the house and put the money back into the retirement. Stay here at my job for another year and a half and just bank my salary as much as possible. Go to AZ once every couple of months and fix a few things up ahead of time...like the kitchen for instance. Start there I guess.
Crap,
Sorry, out Mon-Wed this week on a gig in Cherry Creek. Probably Mon and Wed for a few weeks following, depending on the wife's schedule.
Work stuff that just landed in my lap late last week. Guy resigned and left a client in a lurch.
I'll PM you my cell so you can just text me if needed.
How often do you guys do dishes? Everyday? I dont get why dishes get dirty everday
Throw something in the crock pot, if people are going to view the house. Up here houses that started hitting the market have been under contract in 2 days. I believe listing it over the winter could have been put off till this month. No one wants to go out when it's 20 to house hunt.
Dishes suck but I use the bandaid thought pattern, I just rip them out when I eat or first thing when I wake. Being just the wife and I now we don't go through the dishes as much but I was up to doing them 2-3 time a day depending on the type of meals
Well bugger. Got my BRC invite after 11 years. I also got the price sheet for initiation and yearly membership.
Sticker shock for sure. Yearly is one thing, but the initiation - wow.
Trying not to shit up the Hawking thread, so I'll just post here about how sad I am to lose such an amazing dancer. One cheerful memory is him rousting Bob Dole in a push-up contest back in 1993.
You may be a bit too soon on that Irving. Funny, but a bit too soon.....
I know, that '93 Push-Up contest seems like it was just yesterday...
I would be paying for convinience and time. I got a membership to NCRGC, but it's 1hr each way about 60 miles. WCFW is about the same, and CRC is worse.
BCRC is 20 minutes from work and home. North range even closer.
As long as I can go shoot solo more than 10 times a year it gets close to the fudgeit level for my time and effort. If I continue at the abysmal 5 times a year that I have been doing, I am at the is it worth it level.
Mrs bo found this browsing for ATV/dirt bikes for the minions.

I would ride it. We could play Outrun the Avalanche[AR15]
Would prefer a FXDL or FXDC though.
looks like the Broncos are gonna suck again this year.
They brought Case Keenum in to QB from Minnesota. Siemian was traded to Minnesota to backup Kirk Cousins. Aqib Talib was traded to the Rams. Virgil Green went to the Chargers.
And we still have that useless excuse of a head coach. [emoji36]
6-10 at best...if we're lucky. Going to be a very long year. I suppose I'll spend my Sundays hiking until the snow starts falling in the fall/winter. The end result will be much more rewarding.

Who are the Broncos?
Kazoo, didn't you have an associate named Bronco back in the big city?
If you're unarmed, you are a victim
