Happy 4th Ho's!
[Beer]
Irving, what did the psychologist say to the roofer?
Well, I was going to say, "It seems you have truss issues". But that might be more of a different trade problem. So I suppose they'd have shingles, but that's for a real doctor to say.
That's pretty good, well done. I've actually had shingles before, but it was a pretty minor case.
*Technically the people who install roofs, and the people who install trusses are different trades, with vastly different insurance premiums, believe it or not.
It would be nice if the personal fireworks display fags would shut the shit down.
I still gotta get up at 4:40....it's still a school night for most of us I figure.
Ha! Ten bundles would be pretty small for a roof. Just over 3 squares for a "light weight" shingle, and just under for a "heavy weight" shingle.
Totally makes sense and a different perspective always helps man TY. I'm good (I hope) on dentist but if that changes I'll hit you up with a text. Been having issues with offices accepting my DMO but I have an apt Tuesday to get this ripped out so hopefully it happens.
Overall just trying to figure out how to move on in life. I know I need to change habits and outlooks going into the future.
Here you go Mazin. https://selfauthoring.com/
Give it a shot, you really have nothing to lose.
Hope everyone had a great 4th!
I can actually say it was the best 4th I've had in years. I kind of rediscovered what it's like having fun again [Beer] I also got to shoot an AR again after a few years absence and see my last real family member shoot his first Ar15 which was really cool.
Good Friends, Good food and a great time [Beer]
I think writing things down can help to let things go, but that is different than what I linked for you. Either way, I'd check it out. Room to do both.
Yea that's what I'm trying to avoid Gk.
Howdy fellers.
Ordered a pistol can from DL yesterday, tryna get in under the wire for the twofer.
I hope stuff works out.
I think I want a trailer now.
Get one with at least one slide out. You'll be happier with it.
How big are you thinking of going?
No no, I'm talking about a small utility trailer. Either a 4'x8', some sort of small adventure trailer. I'm not confident in any of my vehicles being able to handle a real trailer.
I figure something I can throw camping gear into, and mount a rack on the top to hold my kayaks. I need something light enough for my Amigo to be able to pull it up a hill, or my van to be able to pull it to California or that lake in Nebraska that I can never spell.
Have I posted this picture yet? This is Irving continuing a tradition that has continued on for five generations of Dodge Caravan.

I took this picture a while ago, just because I thought it was sad that none of these were confident ways to describe yourself and it made me sad.

Meh, for three nights, I could have my own trailer.
Either a 4'x8', some sort of small adventure trailer.
Ooops, my misunderstanding. Those little open trailers can be very useful for all kinds of stuff...good investment.
True, but then you wouldn’t have the joy of spending 180x the average venezuelan’s yearly income on something that sits the majority of the time. Put a Yeti in it and you’d be set for beer runs that necessitate sleeping it off in a Walmart parking lot.
In all honesty, it's going to be something where I don't need it now, but once I have one, I'll be able to find all kinds of use for.
I bought a single axel 6x10 enclosed in '07 for a specific purpose which never developed (long story) for about $2,500.....but when I've needed it, I'm damn sure glad I had it.
180x the average venezuelan’s yearly income
Is that close to a couple of hot dogs and a big gulp from 7-11 ?
Wulf202 keeps encouraging me to get something like a 5'x10' for a little more money. That's coming from his experience of actually using trailers for real work. I'm still on the fence about going that big. I figure if I ever get a real vehicle that can tow the weight that a larger trailer can handle, hopefully I'd be able to sell my smaller one for a similar price and not lose a bunch of money on it.
Investment in equipment or facility tends to run on the higher side of what you need at the time. Inevitably, you most likely will feel that you wished you had gotten more than you originally thought you should have.
Understanding that your towing capability is restricted as of now, go bigger with anticipating a tow vehicle upgrade in your future.
Lake McConaughy or Lake Ogallala?
McConaughy. How is Ogallala?
Ogallala ……
Makes me think of the Bremen town musicians. When I was a kid I remember having a record telling a story about that. It would be cool to hear it again just 'cause.
