I took a CMMG out-of-spec A2 pistol grip and installed it over an out-of-spec picatinny rail on a Chiappa Little Badger. Sometimes my inability to throw out junk is useful. I mean the grip.
I like the Lil' Badger so far.

That's a great looking RV! I appreciate a well built RV. I helped my dad build an RV-7A a few years ago and it was very rewarding. (Literally: he won 3rd place in the overall homebuilt competition at Oshkosh in 2013) In his retirement, he spends as much time flying as he possibly can before he loses his medical. It's fulfilling to see him so happy. :)
Taught a newbie how DI and short stroke piston AR's work.
Also spent some time with him wrenching on his new build. I know too darn much, and he's interested to learn it all.
Get to be good at something not so common and they come out of the woodwork.[Flower] I have learned after a couple that just wanted me to get there POS running so they could sell it and make $$$(because it was FUBAR'd and they got it cheap) I am a little more selective now.
I installed a new barrel on my competition AR. Also installed a JP adjustable gas block, low mass BCG, and SCS. Can't wait to shoot it.
Stupid snow...
Can you feel the difference in the bcg Tim?
Haven't shot it yet. I weighed it, and it's 2 1/2 oz lighter than a standard BCG. This stuff better work, I think I have $550 in a BCG and the springs...
