Oh I'm not. I personally see no problem with what they ask. And after realizing that I'm probably one of a few people on this site who have actually gone through them, and goes through them on a regular basis, it makes my points a little more valid. Sure, saying "am i being detained" is a fun way to exercise your right once, but you sure as heck wouldn't want to do that every day or multiple times per week. It would get old after a while and you'd realize you'd be on your way FASTER if you simply answered the question, legal or not.

Haha, perhaps, but it sounds like some on this site would still call that being detained because your travel is delayed since you have to pull over and wait in line (sometimes).
