Also, my department likes to keep the overtime to a minimum so typically I end up leaving a bit early on Thursday to start my three day weekend.

I don't see why we can't at least try it for a month at least, management is going to change soon as well....we don't know if they'll hire from within or bring in some outsider to run the circus. I do know stuff is fragile and it could be detrimental if a poor leadership decision is made.
I've done the thumbnail thing for pics, but now it doesn't upload like it used to. Perhaps I need to mess with my phone settings so the site will accept it. I first noticed it when I tried to post pics of the steel flatbed here, and then again with some other pics I tried to post after that. So the premium thing was clearly a joke, but seriously though.... the forum limit on file size is 250kb. My phone shrinks the file down before it can send it anywhere, but is a 1.15mb jpeg.
I didn't change my phone and they used to post, so the forum lowered file size limit? Or do I have to mess with my phone settings? Or do I have to mess with the file size in the laptop? I don't know much about this kind of shit.
Resized a pic file to smallest setting on computer and it's still 1.03mb
