Powder coat on the bumper turned out beautiful. I'll get it wired and installed tomorrow with the winch.
Dropped off the receiver at the same time, and I'll have some more work for them, they do a great job at a reasonable price as well.

Yo Hurley.
Who are you using?
When powder coating large items, does it have to be in an enclosed area? Like could I get a ladder powder coated?
btw, Yo Irving.
I bet they can do it, Irving.
I can inquire tomorrow if you'd like me to.
You can ask if you want, but don't take up too much of their time with the inquiry as it's something that'd just be for fun some day.
No, I'll ask. I was wondering today if they could do something as large as a..... flatbed, say. The warehouse is pretty effin big, I don't know how large their bake oven is though. I'm curious as well.
absolutely zero things worth posting about, for now.
After we catch up on last nights new season of Vikings, who knows.
Make sure to leave your faucets running and your cabinets open tonight.
How the fuck is it that I can't go more than a few pieces of brass before breaking the decapping pin on my dies? Is it more delicate since it's so long on rifle stuff compared to pistol calibers? I guess I should slow down.
Hell, all my reloading stuff has been in boxes for so long, I'm forgetting everything I started learning. It sucks.
You have to get a special depriving tool for burden primers....................[LOL]
Actually this tool is the bee’s knees for depriming.

Night
I had to go & comment on the time I typically wake & now apparently it's changed to 4:50 something. Figures.
Morning folks.
I'm watching Vikings.
[Snip]
Think I'm over watching tv for a while.
Think I might be done futzing here too.
Toodles
I've thought about a universal decapping die, but I'm not sure where it will fit into my process. Also, since everything is brand new, I've really yet to even develop a process. I have a rotary Rock Chucker, and a single stage just gathering dust that I intend on working into the mix, I'm just not sure how yet.
After explaining what I did out loud to the guy over at The Reloading Zone, I figured out that I had the pin set too low and bent it in a previous pass, then broke the shit out of it when it didn't line up right the next time and I forced it.
Got off work early, went to Bowers, met O2HeN2 and got outta there before Chick showed up.... all in all good day
What the? You scared?
O2HeN2 is a cool fellow. Really enjoyed the conversation.
There was another dude there eyeballing me. You know who you are.
Next time just introduce yourself. Sheesh. I don't bite.
Just walk right up and start talking to a 7 foot tall squirrel murderer that tells dirty jokes and never sleeps? Yeah right!
Im just (shy of) 6'.
Geez.
Squirrel what?
Are you also shy of short people?
