OBC, consider using pipe and weld fittings. Fabricate what you want, grind smooth and have powder coat done.
Also research pipeline fabrication companies. We used to have bending shoes mounted on our larger side booms for making bends on the right of way. Could bend from 2" schedule 40 to 8" lite wall.

A few things are in motion at this time. The outfit in Chicago is one of those places. I know you know that every cut, weld, and grind can make things look good. Many people of sensible and reasonable thought, could easily criticize much of the overkill and over the top efforts that I am choosing to do. And that's okay, because I will know that I never made a short cut, or compromised for either money or time or both. had a coyote run in front of me today. Fuker was as big as a german shepard, if not bigger. Took the 2 lane road in 1 bound from shoulder to shoulder.

I did get all of the relay input wires hooked up today, and three loads completed. All the lights on the front bumper are functioning properly. Five more outputs to go and the connector for the everything on the flatbed. It's really time consuming.
